The Pornstar martini is of course, the worlds most well known Passion Fruit Cocktail, or Passion fruit martini. Created in 2003 by Douglas Ankrah in Lab Bar down in London. How do you drink a Pornstar Martini? Well, that’s honestly up to you. However, the traditional way is that the Side shot of Prosecco is actually the Palate Cleanser before you drink the Cocktail. However, if you want to chuck the prosecco in the Cocktail…go for it!!
The recipe for the Pornstar Martini is different in most Bars up and down the UK. A lot have Pineapple or Apple juice. However I like to stay as true as I can to the original recipe…but just making it as accessible as possible for you guys at home.
The Pornstar Martini is essentially a Passion Fruit & Vanilla Martini.
