The Lemon Drop Martini was invented in San Francisco in the mid 1970s. It quickly became a popular addition to many Cocktail Menus and lasted right through to the mid 2000s. However, it has died off recently. mainly because of Gin’s resurgence, but also because its just a simple cocktail and Bartenders do love to make things more complicated. So lets revive this tasty and really easy vodka Cocktail.

How to make the Lemon Drop Martini Cocktail at Home.
Chill a Martini Glass.
– 60ml Vodka
– 15ml Limoncello
– 25ml Lemon Juice
– 15ml Sugar
Add all the ingredients to a Cocktail Shaker, then add plenty of Ice and give it s a good Shake. Double strain into a Martini Glass, then Garnish with a Lemon Wheel.
