Here’s the recipe:

CARIBBEAN MARTINI
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Mango Vodka
3/4 oz. (22.5ml) Coconut Rum
Pineapple Chunks
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Drop pineapple chunks into base of glass and muddle well to release juices. Add ice.
2. Pour over mango vodka and coconut rum. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into martini glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge. Enjoy responsibly!
