Bottleguard Kheer Recipe

Ingredients :
400 gm – Bottle Guard
2 tbsp – Ghee
1/4 Cup – Cashews
1/4 Cup – Almonds
1/4 Cup – Pistachios
1 lit – Milk
1 Cup – Sugar
1/3 Cup – Sabudana ( Sago )
1/2 Cup – Malai
2-3 drops – Gree Colour
1/2 tsp – Cardamom Powder
Silver Varkh

Method :
*Take Bottle guard and remove Skin and Peel it
*Take a Kadhai and Ghee ,add Cashew,Badam, pistachio and Roastblittle golden Colour,Remove in plate and keep aside
*Same Ghee add grated lauki and Saute little bit in Slow Flame and then Make a Fast flame and Reduce all the Water from Lauki.
*Add Milk and Cook in High Flame and Stir Continuously .Boil till half of the Milk reduce and then add Sugar .Mix Properly
*Take Sabudana and Soak for 2-3 Hour till Fluffy and Soft
* Add Soaked Sabudana or Sago ,Cook and then add Malai and Mix everything Cooking till 600 gm Milk Remains. and Milk should be caught the Spoon and Close the flame
*Let Cool Completely then add 2-3 drops green Colour and Cardamom Powder .Mix Properly
Roasted Dry Fruits keep little for Garnishing
*Mix Properly
*Serve in Bowl and Add Rest Dryfruits and Decorate with Silver Varkh.
