Butter chicken is most popular Chicken Recipe in India.
It best to serve with roti & Naan.
Ingredients
Bonless chicken-500 grams
Ginger &Garlic-2Tsp
Curd- 2 tsp
Lemon- 1/2 slice
Chilli powder- 2 Tsp
Garam masala- 1 1/2Tsp
Salt-3/4 Tsp
Butter
OIL
Cahew- 8 to 10
Red chillies-6
Tomatoes-3
Onions- 2
corriander powder-1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves
Fresh Cream

Method
1. Take a Boneless Chicken in a Bowl,add lemon juice,curd,ginger garlic paste,
red chilli powder,gara masala,salt
2.Mix everything well,marinate the chicken for 30 minutes or overnight.
3.Heat a pan& add some oil
4.Fry the chicken pieces till they are cooked& keep them aside
5.In a pan ,heat some butter&oil,add onions,ginger garlic paste saute them
6.Once they are golden brown colour,add tomatoes,then.
red chillies &cashews saute them.
7.Once they are cooked,cool them & grind them to a fine puree
8.Heat the same pan add some butter, red chilli powder,salt,corriander powder
& garam masala saute them
9.Add the puree onto the pan
10.Bring the gravy to boil,add water,add fried chicken pieces .Cook well.
11.Add kasuri methi & fresh cream simmer for 5 minutes.mix well
12.Serve it hot with Naan or ROTI.
