Teh Wali Biryani | Chicken Biryani | Teh Wali Chicken Biryani Recipe


How to make Teh wali biryani, chicken biryani, teh wali chicken biryani recipe. Teh wali biryani delicious rice dish mixed with chicken or potatoes. Tah Wali chicken biryani is a famous rice dish from the Indian sub continent and Pakistan. It is a delicious dish mixed with spices, saffron, onions and the most having a pleasant distinctive smell of rice that ever cooked in kitchen. Because the cooking process of chicken biryani is very interesting and little time consuming which keep a chef on toes until it is finished and served. 1 to 2 hours to prepare this teh wali biryani or teh wali chicken biryani. Teh wali biryani ingredients Rice 1 – 1/2 kg Chicken 1 – 1/2 kg Oil 1/2 cup Yogurt 1- 1/2 cup Mint leafs half bunch Onion 5 large Tomato 8 large Green chili 6 Salt 1 tablespoon Red chili powder 1 tablespoon Red chili flakes 1 tablespoon Turmeric 1 teaspoon Bay leaf 3 Black cardamon 3 Green cardamon 4 Black pepper 10 Cloves 10 Cumin 1 tablespoon Ginger , garlic paste 3 tablespoon Half teaspoon food color Nutmeg powder 1 teaspoon Mace powder 1 teaspoon Cinnamon 3 sticks For rice to boil Salt 2 tbsp Water 1 liter or as required Cooking Method: Most importantly making of masala Add oil in a a pan and onion now fry it until becomes light golden Now insert ginger garlic paste in pan and fry for 2 minutes Add chicken pieces into it and fry it until color get change Insert yogurt in pan and mix well, cook it till yogurt gets dry Pour below mentioned spices one by one (green chili, mint leaves, salt, red chili, red chilli flakes, turmeric, black pepper, cloves, bay leaf, plum, cumin, cinnamon, black cardamon, green cardamon and mixed it well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Insert tomatoes and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame until tomatoes get soft and water gets dry. After 15 minutes add nutmeg powder and stir mixed it well and cook for few minutes until oil come up on surface Masala is ready keep it aside Boiling of Rice Take a seperate pan and fill with water and add 2 table spoon of salt and rice keep it boil After rice are boiled drenched water and keep dry rice aside Now Spread a layer of rice in a pot and spread a layer of masala above rice layer repeat spreading both layers of rice and masala one by one ( Please check in video of spreading layers in pot) Spread zarda color after all layers (also known as angry color) and cover it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame Teh wali biryani Ajza Chawal 1- 1/2 kilo Murghi 1- 1/2 kilo Tail 1/2 cup Dahi 1- 1/2 cup Podina adhi gathi Pyaz 3 pao Tamator 3 pao Hari mirch 6 adad Aalu bukhara 7 adad Namak Khana ka 1 chamcha Kutti Lal mirch 1 khane ka chamcha Pissi Lal mirch Khane ka 1 chamcha Haldi chay ka 1 chamcha Tez patte 3 adad Jaifal 1 chay ka chamcha Jawatri 2 chay ka chamcha Zeera 1 khane ka chamcha Kali mirch sabut 10 adad Laung sabut 10 adad Dar cheeni 3 tukre Bari ilaichi 3 adad Choti ilaichi 4 adad Lehsan darak pissa hua 3 khane k chamche Adha chay ka chamcha zarda rang Teh wali biryani ka tareeqa masala banana hai sab say pehlay Aik daghchi mai tail dalen or phir pyaz dalen itni dair tak pakaen k pyaz sunheri ho Jaen phir is mai pissa hua lehsan adrak dal den or 2 min tak bhunen is mai murghi dal den murghi ka rang badlne tak pakaen ab is mai dahi dalen or dahi ko khushk hone den hari mirch , podina, namak , Lal mirch , kutti Lal mirch, haldi, Kali mirch , laung, tez patte , aalu bukhara, zeera, dar cheeni , choti , Bari ilaichi , dal kar achi tarhan pakaen ab tamator dal den or dhak kar rakh den tamator gal jaen Sara Pani khushk hojae 10 se 15 min tak darmiyani anch par Abhi is mai jaifal jawatri peace ka dal den or itna bhunen k tail alag ho jaye Abb aik alag daghchi mai Pani ubal Len or 2 khane k chamche namak dal den or bhige hue chawal ubal Len aik kani chor den Ab pani nichor kar aik teh chawal or aik teh murghi k salan ki lagaen isi tarhan sab chawal or salan ki teh laga len 4 se 5 teh laga len uper zarda rang dal kar 15 min k liye halki anch par dum laga den.
