The street vendors make it in front of you, and it just addictive delicious that I eat it almost every week during my college years and whenever I buy it, I bring one for my roommate as well. 1/2 tsp of salt
1.5 tbsp of vegetable oil to add to the flour
3 tbsp of vegetable oil to coat the dough
4 tbsp of hot oil to make the Yousu

3 tbsp of flour to make the Yousu
1/3 cup of finely diced scallion

INGREDIENTS FOR THE MARINADE CHICKEN TENDER
0.5 lb of chicken tender
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp of ginger
