Today I’m making trending Chinese Soft Layered Parotta & Beef Gravy..

it is very easy to make.. if you follow all the steps you’ll get a perfect recipes ..

INGREDIENTS :

Parotta :
All-purpose flour / maida – 3 cups
Sugar – 1 tbsp.
Water – 1 & 1/4 cups ( Depend on quality of your flour )
Salt to taste
Sufficient oil

No. of Parottas – 8

Beef Gravy :

for marination :

Beef with bone – 750 g
Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Green chillies – 3-4
A piece of ginger
Garlic – 7-8
Few curry leaves
Pandan leaves( optional )
Cardamom – 4 -5
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry powder – 2 & 1/2 tbsps.
Coriander powder – 1 tsp

for tempering :

Coconut oil – 2-3 tbsp.
Cinnamon stick – 2-3
Cardamom – 4-5
Bay leaf -1
Shallots – 7-8
1/2 of the ginger garlic paste
1/2 of the chopped tomato & green chillies
Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1tsp
