Tapioca pearl or sago or sabudana is a very famous ingredient used in desserts all around the world. Mango and sago together make many delicious dessert recipes.

Ingredients used for mango jelly tapioca
1 Ripe mango
250 ml all purpose cream
250 ml condensed milk
100 grams Fruit jelly (mango powder)
1/2 cup tapioca pearls (sago) uncooked
For Jelly Mango
Add 1 cup boiling water to contents of pocket. Stir until dissolved, pour in mould and set in fridge.
Boil 2 cups water. Add sago and cook for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, remove from heat and let it sit until cooked through.
Let cool and set aside.
Procedure of making mango tapioca pearl recipe :
Scrap the mango jelly and mango using handy scraper.
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and Mix well.
Chill for at least 4 hours.
