Mash Dhaal With Chicken – Quick and Easy Recipe

I have been waiting to make this recipe for so long and I finally did. I thought that I must share this with all of my viewers. Hope you guys will enjoy this.

Ingredients:
– ½ KG Chicken
– 1 cup Mash Dhaal
– 2 Sliced Onions
– 2 Chopped Tomatoes
– Ginger and Garlic Paste
– 1 tsp Chili Powder
– 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1 tsp Zeera
– 1 tsp Coriander Powder
– Salt According to Taste
– 3 tbsp Olive Oil

Method:
Fry the Chicken on low heat for 10 minutes and then take it out for later use. Then in the same oil fry the onions for about 3 – 5 minutes and add Ginger and Garlic Paste. Then add the Tomatoes, and the Masalas. Leave on heat for about 5 minutes and then add the Mash Dhaal, leave that for 10 minutes on medium heat and afterwards add the chicken from before and you can sprinkle some water on top and for the final time leave it for 15 minutes to cool and then it can be served.
