Recipe in English:
Serves 4-5 (In my case, I can eat em all alone :))
INGREDIENTS
Chicken (Boneless, cubes) 1/2 kg
Garlic Paste  (1 tbsp)
Lemon Juice (of 3-4 lemons)
Salt to taste
Black Pepper Powder (as much you like, I added 1 tbsp)
Red Chilli Powder (1 tbsp)
Soy Sauce (1 tbsp)
Eggs (2)
Milk (3-4 tbsp)
Bread Crumbs (for coating)
Plain/White Flour (for coating)
Oil (for frying)

METHOD
Marinate chicken pieces with garlic paste, salt , black pepper, red chilli powder, soya sauce, and lemon juice.
Keep it aside after marinating well, for at least 1 an hour.
Take 3 separate containers.
Put bread crumbs in container no. 1.
Mix eggs and milk in container no. 2.
Put plain flour in container no. 3.
After 1 hr, first dip chicken pieces in plain flour mixture, coat well.
Then dip into egg and milk mixture.
And then at last, coat well with bread crumbs and fry at medium flame, oil should be warm enough.
The best suggestion is to add garlic paste in good quantity and it’s a must for hotshots.
Plus add spices acc to your tastes, I like it more spicy so I add more pepper powder.
And SERVE WITH COLESLAW. It’s the best, my fav combo. Garlic mayo sauce is also a good option. Enjoy the super tender and juicy chicken bites!

Recipe in Urdu (As much as I could translate)
Ajzaa:
Murghi (bina haddi k, chakor tukray) 1/2 kilo
Lahsan kutta hua (1 khanay ka chamach)
Leemu ka rass (3 se 4 adad leemuon ka rass)
Nimak (Hasb e zaiqa)
Kaali mirch powder (Hasb e zaiqa, mainy 1 khanay ka chamach daali)
Laal mirch powder (1 khanay ka chamach)
Soya sauce (1 khanay ka chamach)
Anday (2 addad)
Doodh (3 se 4 khanay k chamach)
Bread crumbs (double roti ka choora) _coating k liye
Maida (coating k liye)
Tail/oil (talny/fry k liye)

Tarkeeb :
Sab se pehly chicken (sorry murghi) k tukron mai lehsan ka paste, nimak, kaali mirch, laal mirch, soya sauce aur leemu ka rass laga k achi tarhan mix karlen.
Phir is masalay lgi murghi ko 1 ghanty k liye side pe rkh den, taky masalay achyse jazb hojayn.
Phir 1 ghanty baad 3 alag alag bartan len.
Pehly bartan(bowl/plate) mai maida daalen.
Dusry bartan mai anday aur doodh daal k mix krlen.
Teesry bartan mai bread crumbs daal len.
Ab tyaar shuda murghi ko sabse pehly maiday se achi tarhan dhaanp len, phir andon waly mixture mai dip kren aur akhir pe bread crumbs se cover krlen achyse.
Ab aisy sab coated pieces ko darmiyaani aanch pe garam tail mai fry krlen.
Lehsan ka paste bohat zarori hai kyun k asak zaiqa hi lehsan deta hai ismai isliye mai zada sa daalti hun.
Coleslaw (Recipe na aye tou batadijye) ya garlic mayo sauce k saath serve karain. Garam garam(itny bhi nahi) Chicken hot shots tanawul farmaiye aur recipe try kr k zror batayen. Shukriya.
