How to cook perfect Chicken Breast


Do you know how to cook the perfect chicken breast? If you’re trying to do it all on the stovetop, putting it in the oven might be your saving grace. Finishing with butter, herbs and garlic adds a ton of flavor as the chicken breast finishes cooking. Check out this chicken 101 video. ????

2 chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
EVOO
Butter
Fresh rosemary
Fresh thyme
Garlic

1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees
2) Get your saute pan hot, add EVOO, add chicken breasts skin side down
3) Once skin is starting to get nice and golden brown (a few minutes), throw them in the oven for approximately 10 minutes
4) Remove from oven, place back on burner. Add fresh rosemary & thyme, garlic, butter
5) Finish cooking chicken breasts by basting them with the butter right over the top
6) Remove from pan, let them rest for a few minutes. Slice on a bias
