In this video I will show you how I make one of my favorite Healthy, Energy Boosting, High Fiber, Breakfast Smoothie Recipes. This one makes a wonderful breakfast and goes a long way in sustaining your energy throughout your morning.

This is a great meal replacement if you are looking to lose weight and to improve your overall general health. The ingredients I use here support healthy skin and shinier hair. Avocado, banana, and chia seeds are excellent supporters of helping you stay looking young.

All of the ingredients here are also great for digestive health, they are high in fiber and antioxidants. They will provide you with a great source of vitamins and minerals.
