onions (sliced into rings)
few lettuce leaves (shredded)
tomato ketchup
cooking oil
semolina (for coating)
8 garlic cloves
1” ginger
1 green chilli
¼ tsp. turmeric powder
¼ cup vinegar
salt to taste
