Just chuck in any meat like this chicken, stick it on low, leave until you get back and hey presto!
I buy a fresh chicken most weeks, because it’s cheap and nutritious.
For £3.70 at time of upload, plus a tin of veg. I chose carrots and they were 21 pence. Then Bisto gravy.
This chicken weighed in at 1.8 kg and yield around 800 grams of tasty succulent meat, plus around 400 ml of stock which is full of collagen protein.
