Ingredients :-
1)450g Chicken Breast
2)25g Coconut Milk Powder
3)1 Whole Onion
4)2 Tbsp ginger Garlic Paste
5)1 Tbsp Mustard Seeds
6)10-20 Curry Leaves
7)Salt to taste
8)Tamarind Paste – To taste
9)Garam Masala (optional, not used in a traditional Pulimunchi)
10)Coconut Oil (1 Tbsp, can be lesser)

So today’s recipe is one of my all time favourites. The classic Manglorean Chicken Pulimunchi is one of my favourite Indian curries. But to be honest, the traditional way of making it is a little time consuming and complicated. That’s why I’m bringing you the easier version today.
