Easy, Affordable & Healthy Recipes: Chicken Stuffed Bell Peppers


Hello Everyone! I’m back with another Tipid & Sulit recipe that both you & your kids will surely enjoy! Super Healthy na, Yummy pa! And the outcome is so IGworthy 🙂

Ingredients: Chicken Mix (bell pepper filling)
3 Chicken Breast Fillets (boiled, shredded or cut into strips)
1 Large White Onion (chopped)
2 tbsp Taco Mix (dissolved in 1/2 cup water)
a dash of cumin
a dash of paprika
a dash of salt & pepper
Cheese

*Bell Peppers- remove the top part & the seeds. Place the chicken filling mixture and top with cheese.
*Prepare your baking pan. You may place a sheet of wax paper or aluminum foil on top of your baking pan it’s really up to you.
*Drizzle with olive oil befor placing the bell pepper side by side.
*Preheat oven to about 230C for 10 minutes
*Bake for 15 minutes
