Dragon Chicken:
Method:
Chicken’s marinating ingredients
Boneless chicken ½ kg
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red chili paste 1½ tbsp
Egg 1
Refined Flour ½ cup
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Dragon chicken sauce ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp
Whole red chili 7-8
Julienne cut onions 1
Julienne cut capsicum 1
Crushed ginger garlic 1 tsp
Red chili paste 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Cashew nuts 8-10
Ketchup 4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Crushed garlic cloves 4
Crushed ginger 1 ½ tsp
Oil As required
Water as required
Method:
• In a bowl add chicken with all the marinating ingredients and set it aside for 15 minutes.
• Heat oil and fry the chicken.
• For dragon chicken sauce, heat oil in a pan and fry red chili.
• Remove the red chilies once it’s fried.
• In the same oil, add crushed ginger and garlic.
• Then mix red chili paste, soy sauce, ketchup and sugar.
• In a separate pan add oil. In it add onions and capsicum and sauté them.
• Now toss the fried chicken in the sauce.
• Add in the sautéed vegetables and finally cashew nuts and fried red chilies.
• Serve it hot and fresh.
