In this video I have shown how to make crispy chicken samosa very easily at home. Samosa is the basic and most common food in ramadan. This samosa is not made with kheema instead I have used shredded chicken which tastes very differently and it is very easy to make. So watch it and let me know your views.

Ingredients:
Shredded Chicken boiled with salt and ginger garlic paste
Oil – 1 tbsp
Zeera/Cumin – 1 tsp
Spring Onion/Hari Pyaaz – 1 bowl (chopped)
Soya/Dil leaves
Lal Mirch/Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Kali Mirch/Black Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin/Zeera powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Samosa patti
Maida (for slurry)
