Corn soup with Spicy Tikka Chicken & Pickled Green Chillies
Serves 4-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Corn kernels boiled 300g
Prepare Chicken Stock (Yakhni):
-Chicken neck & ribs 250g
-Chicken fillet 200g
-Water 6-8 Cups or as required
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
Prepare Spicy Tikka Chicken for Topping:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Tikka masala 2 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
Prepare Corn Soup:
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp or to taste
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs (optional)
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
-Chilli sauce 2 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Cornflour 4-5 tbs
-Water ¾ Cup
-Anda (Eggs) whisked 2
-Water ¾ Cup
Prepare Pickled Green Chillies:
-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 10-12
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
-Anda (Egg) boiled

Directions:
-In chopper,add corn kernels,grind coarsely & set aside.
Chicken Stock (Yakhni):
-In a pot,add chicken,water,ginger garlic paste,mix well and bring it to boil,remove scum,cover and cook on low flame for 25-30 minutes then take out chicken pieces & let it cool.Chicken stock is ready!
Spicy Tikka Chicken for Topping:
-Shred chicken with the help of the hands,chop well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,shredded chicken,tikka masala,lemon juice,mix well and cook for a minute & set aside.
Corn Soup:
-In prepared chicken stock (approx. 6 Cups),add chopped corn kernels,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Add salt,black pepper crushed,chicken powder,vinegar,chilli sauce,soy sauce and mix well,remove scrum,cover and cook on medium flame for 8-10 minutes.
-In cornflour,add water and whisk well.
-In pot,add dissolved cornflour,mix well and cook until thickens (2-3 minutes).
-Add whisked egg,stir gently and cook for a minute.
Prepare Pickled Green Chillies:
-In saucepan,add water,vinegar,salt,green chillies,turn on the flame,bring it to boil and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In serving bowl,add soup,tikka chicken,green onion leaves,black pepper crushed,boiled egg,pickled green chillies & serve!

-Chopper mein corn kernels dal ker coarsely grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Chicken Stock (Yakhni):
-Pot mein chicken,pani aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad scum ko nikal lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 25-30 minutes kliya paka lein phir chicken pieces ko nikal lein & thanda ker lein.Chicken yakhni tayyar hai.
Spicy Tikka Chicken for Topping:
-Chicken ko haath ki madad sa shred ker lein aur ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil,shredded chicken,tikka masala aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Corn Soup:
-Tayyar yakhni (approx. 6 Cups) mein chopped corn kernels dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Namak,kali mirch crushed,chicken powder,sirka,chilli sauce aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,scum ko remove ker lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cornflour mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Pot mein dissolved cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Whisked anda dal ker gently stir ker lein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Prepare Pickled Green Chillies:
-Saucepan mein pani,sirka,namak aur hari mirchein dal ker chulha on ker lein aur ubal anay ka bad 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Serving bowl mein soup,tikka chicken,hara pyaz leaves aur kali mirch crushed,boiled anda aur pickled green chillies dal ker serve karein.
