Chicken Pakora is a super crispy and delicious #SnackRecipe. This #ChickenPakora is made by dipping tender pieces of chicken in a batter made with besan flour, baking soda, cumin seeds and aromatic spices. Chicken Pakora Recipe:

Chicken Thigh Boneless (diced) – 500 gms
Besan – 1 ½ Cups
Water – ¾ Cup
Carom Seeds (Ajwain) – ¼ tsp
Dry Mango Powder (Amchoor) – 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp + ¼ tsp
Turmeric Powder – ¼ tsp
Green Chilli (chopped) – 2 nos
Coriander Leaves (chopped) – 2 tbsp
Baking Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt – ½ tsp + ½ tsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Oil – For Frying
Chaat Masala – As Needed
Lemon (wedges) – As Needed

Cooking Instructions:

1. Cut the chicken into small dices.

2. In the same bowl, add the powdered spices, cumin seeds, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli, salt and ghee.

3. Mix to marinate well. Set aside for 20 mins.

4. Make a thick batter of besan, ajwain, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, baking powder with water. Whisk until smooth.

5. Heat oil to medium heat.

6. Dip the pieces of chicken in the batter and deep fry until golden brown and crispy.

7. Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with lemon wedges.
