INGREDIENTS

Chicken – 500 grams.
Salt to taste
Turmeric – 2 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder – 3 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Curd – 4 tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Refined oil – 5-6 tbsp
Bayleaf – 1
Cumin seeds – 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom – 1
Green cardamom – 3
Cloves – 3-4
Cinnamon sticks (1 inch.) – 1 piece
Black pepper (whole) – 7-8
Mace flower – 2
Onion (Finely chopped) (Medium-sized) – 3
Ginger Paste – 1 tbsp
Ginger julienne – 8-10
Garlic paste – 2 tbsp
Cumin Powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp
Fresh tomato puree (4-5 medium-sized tomato)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Green chili – 2-3
Tomato ketchup – 1 tsp
Cashew nut paste (paste of 8-10 cashew nuts)- 2 tbsp
Roasted dried fenugreek leaves (Kasuri methi) – 1 tbsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves – 1 tbsp
Water as per requirement
