There is nothing that I like that dark meat with a tangy and sweet glaze and Penne hot salad. That’s how this recipe made it on to my short list of favorite meals, and why I made it into your dinner rotation. Try it and let me know how it turned out in the comments below..
Balsamic chicken recipe
1 ½ Lb boneless chicken thighs
1 cup Balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp mustard
¼ cup brown sugar
½ tsp fresh rosemary
1 tsp fresh oregano
6 cloves of garlic
2 sprigs of rosemary
Penne Rigate salad Recipe
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Lb of cooked pasta
1 cup green peppers
1 cup yellow peppers
1 cup orange peppers
1 Tbsp minced garlic
Salt and pepper TT
This recipe can be served hot or cold. If you serve it cold do not saute the vegetables toss them with penne and add a dressing of your choice

Arugula
Parmesan cheese
