Simple Delicious Strawberry Puff Pastry Dessert Recipe made easy in the Philips Airfryer XXL Digital HD9861/99 with Smart Sensing Technology. Full recipe below. Sprinkle with icing sugar and serve with Strawberry ice cream and strawberry mixture of fresh strawberries and maple syrup. You can use other fruits of your liking.

Airfried Strawberry Puff Dessert recipe

Ingredients:
1 Puff pastry sheet (thawed)
5-6 strawberries
2 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tbsp of sugar (optional)
1 egg

To serve
Icing sugar (to dust)
Strawberry Ice Cream (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)

Directions:

1. Slice strawberries and mix with maple syrup and sugar (optional).
2. Cut pastry into 4 pieces.
3. Place strawberry mixture in middle of pastry (~1 strawberry per pastry).
4. Brush edges with egg wash and fold into triangles.
5. Press edges with a fork to seal. Repeat.
6. Space out pastries into air fryer basket. Oil/Butter stacker tray if used.
7. Air fry at 180ºC / 355ºF for 10 minutes
8. Remove and dust with icing sugar. Serve with strawberry ice cream, mint leaves (optional) and remaining strawberry mixture.

Enjoy!

These are good and so easy to make. Left overs can be reheated at 180°C for 4 minutes.
