For this recipe I used,
-Chiles anchos (15)
-Chiles guajillos (10)
– a pinch of cumin
-a pinch of sesame seeds
– whole black pepper (15)
– garlic cloves
-2 cinnamon sticks
– a pinch of spice cloves (clavos)
– chicken flavor seasoning (knorrs brand)
– chuck steak (trozo de diesmillo )
– vinegar
-black pepper and salt
-Mazola
Also I made some rice and Pico de Gallo
