1) INGREDIENTS for 3 portions(3 rolls) (00:16-00:30)
-450g slices of chicken breast (3 slices aprox 150g each)
-6 slices of smoked dried ham
-60g smoked cheese
-1 carrot, 1 piquillo peeper
-1 green peeper, 1 black avocado
-2 eggs
-100g sour cream
-25g grated parmesan
-1 lemon
-fine bread crumbs
-white flour
-shredded corn flecks
-1 tea spoon mustard, pul biber
-2 tea spoon dark soy sauce, salt
-1 or 2 garlic cloves

2)METHOD (00:30-03:40)
00:43 – Place one slice of chicken breast between sheets of plastic wrap. Using a meat mallet, or a rolling pin, gently pound the chicken until it is about 2-3 millimetres thick.
00:58 – Smear chicken slices with soy sauce.
01:10 – Add parmesan.
01:14 – Add smoked ham.
01:18 – Cut vegetables.
01:34 – Preheat your pan and add oil,
01:40 – Styr fry vegetables for ≈ 2 min.
01:52 – Let the oil drain, use tissues to absorb the excess oil.
02:01 – Add cheese and vegetables on top of the chicken and ham and then roll them firmly.
02:17 – Put the roll’s in the freezer for 15 minutes before frying (on the bootom side of it like in the video at 2:01-2:02 ) to mild freeze the meat for it to hold together
02:21 – Mix 2 eggs with salt,mustard and pul biber.
02:52 – For the avocado sauce,blend avocado together with pressed garlic,salt and sour cream untill you obtain a fine paste.
03:21 – Put the chicken rolls 1st through egg mixture then 2nd bread crumbs and 3rd cornflakes crumbs.
03:32 – Preheat oil at a high temperature
03:37 – Leave them on each side until they are golden brown colored ≈ 5 minutes.
03:46 – Let the oil drain, use tissues to absorb the excess oil.
