These quick chicken dinners recipes are perfect for a stress-free weeknight meal!1. Chicken skewers
INGREDIENTS  cheese  chicken breast flour, as needed  eggs, as needed  breadcrumbs, as needed   METHOD 1. Slice the cheese into rectangles and slide them onto the skewers.  2. Slice the chicken breast into strips and wrap it around the piece of cheese.  3. Cover with the flour, dip it in beaten egg and finally cover in breadcrumbs.  4. Deep fry for a few minutes or until golden. Or, you can also bake them at 180°C for about 25 minutes.
 
2. Chicken and zucchini shish kababs
INGREDIENTS  1 zucchini  350g ground chicken  salt  pepper  paprika  Parmesan cheese  1 egg cheese   METHOD 1. Slice the cheese into rectangles and slide them on to a large wood skewer. In the meantime, grate a zucchini.  2. Season the ground chicken with salt, pepper, paprika and mix in an egg. If the mixture is too runny, add some breadcrumbs.  3. Cover the cheese on the skewer with this mixture.  4. Cover them in breadcrumbs and bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
 
3. Chicken and veggie kebabs
INGREDIENTS  chicken breast  peppers  eggplant  bell pepper  salt  breadcrumbs  egg, beaten  flour
 
METHOD 1. Slice the chicken breast and vegetables into strips  2. Place the slices next to one another and slide them onto skewers.  3. Cover them with flour, egg and then breadcrumbs.  4. Bake at 190°C for 15 minutes or deep fry them.
 
4. Fried chicken skewers
INGREDIENTS  chicken breast  eggs  breadcrumbs  corn flakes    METHOD 1. Cut the chicken breast into rectangles.  2. Put each chicken rectangle on a skewer and cover it in the egg.  3. Crumble the cereal, combine with the breadcrumbs and use them to bread the chicken.  4. Fry in hot oil for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
