INGREDIENTS:
First Steps Chicken
– Boneless Chicken 400 Grm
– Ginger-Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
– Pepper 1/2 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Egg 1pcs
– Cornflour 3 tbsp
– All purpose flour 3tbsp
– Vinegar 1 Tbsp
– Oil 1 Tbsp
– Oil for Deep fry
Second Steps:
– Water 1 Cup
– Cornflour 1 tbsp
– Red Chilli sauce 1tbsp
– Tomato Sauce 3-4 Tbsp
– Soya sauce 1 Tbsp
Third Steps:
– Green & Red Capsicum Cubed 1 Cup
– Red Onion 1 Medium Cubed
– Garlic Chopped 1 tbsp
– Ginger Chopped 1 tbsp
– Green Chillies Thin Slices 2 Pcs
– Spring Onions Chopped
– Oil 2 Tbsp
– Suger 1 tsp
METHODS :
– Boneless Chicken 400 Grm
– Cut into 1 inch cubes
– All ingredient mix well
– Mix well and set aside for 10 mins
– Deep fry the chicken pieces in an until golden in colour
– Take it out of the oil
