3. lemon rind from half of a small lemon.
4. sugar 1/2 cup
5. cornflour 1/2 cup
6. all purpose flour 1/4 cup
7. egg 1 piece

for sugar mix:
1. sugar 3 tbsp
2. cinnamon powder 1/2 tsp
