1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 Kg Chicken
2 ¼ cups Onion
¼” Ginger
6 Garlic Cloves
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
3 Peppercorns
6 Cloves
½” Cinnamon Stick
10 Dried Kashmiri Red Chillies
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
4 Tbsp. Vinegar
3 Tbsp. Tamarind Pulp
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
1 ½ tsp. Sugar
Salt to Taste
Serves: 4 -6
