Power smoothie recipe is a healthy, nutritious and super yummy drink especially for kids. Kids (picky eaters) who are reluctant to eat fruits can too enjoy this super tasty mixture of berries, curd (yoghurt), dates and bananas.
SOME NOTES:
1) It would be best if you soak the seed removed dates in hot water
little ahead of the preparation. This would allow the dates to grind
well into a smooth paste.
2)You could always change the quantities of fruits and curds as per
your taste.
INGREDIENTS:
1)berries 3/4 cup
2)banana 1/2 pcs
3)dates 7-8 pcs (seeds removed)
4)curd (yoghurt) 6 tbsp
5)cold water 1 cup
