This recipe has been our family favourite since 1998 when we were in UAE and a family friend of ours shared it with us. Very quick and very delicious to make. I bet you have to try it once and you will not need any other recipe ever again of chicken ginger. Most amazing and restaurant-style, the gravy has bangs full of flavours using just a few ingredients.
Ingredients
750 gms Boneless Chicken
9 Tomatoes Sliced
3 tbsp Ginger paste
1 tbsp Garlic paste
1.5 tsp Black Pepper
1.5 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1.5 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt To Taste
1/4 Cup Oil
6 tbsp Whisked Yoghurt
3 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp garam masala powder (added in end)
2 bunches of Fresh Coriander chopped
4 or as required green chillies sliced
