Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Serves 3-4
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
– Chicken Breast boneless 3
– Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
– Black pepper powder ½ tsp
– Dried parsley ½ tsp
– Garlic paste 1 tsp
– Olive oil ½ tbs
– Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
– Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as desirable/required
– Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
– Butter 1 tbs
– Garlic chopped 1 tsp
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Kali Mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
– Salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Cream ¼ Cup
– Milk ½ Cup or as required
– Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup or as required
– Fresh parsley chopped 2 tsp

Directions:
-Wash & pat dry chicken fillets & set aside.
-In a bowl, add salt, black pepper powder, dried parsley, garlic paste,
olive oil and mix well.
– Add chicken fillets and mix well.
– Use a sharp knife to cut a pocket into the side of each chicken boneless and stuffed with fresh parsley and cheddar cheese and insert a toothpick or skewer to seal the stuffing.
-In the frying pan, add any cooking oil and fry chicken pieces from both sides until done (5-6 minutes each side) & set aside.
-Using the same frying pan, add butter, garlic & mix well.
-Add mustard paste, black pepper powder, salt & cream.
-Gradually add milk and mix well continuously.
-Add cheddar cheese and mix until well combined.
-Add fresh parsley and give it a good mix.
-Place fried chicken fillets, sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!
