Ingredients :
Chicken (Curry Cut) – 500 grams
Fried Onion – 2 no
Fennel Powder – ¼ tsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 tsp
Curd – 2 tbsp
Lemon Juice – ½ no
Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Green Chilli – 1 no
Curry Leaves (Fine Chopped) – 2 Sprigs
Cinnamon – 1 inch
Cardamom – 2 no
Cloves – 2 no
Black Pepper Powder – ½ tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Coriander Leaves – For Garnish

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl add the chicken along with the ground masalas, curd, ginger garlic paste and fried onions.
2. Mix until the chicken is thoroughly coated and let it marinate for 30 minutes
3. In a kadhai pour oil and add whole garam masalas
4. Once hot add the marinated chicken and cook on a medium-low flame for 10 minutes
5. Once cooked through add the coriander leaves and serve hot.
