GREEN CHILLY-6
10-20 CURRY LEAVES
PEPPER POWDER-1/4TH TSP
GARAM MASALA 1/4 TSP
TURMERIC POWDER-1/4TH TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES-AS REQUIRED
COCONUT OIL
SALT
CHILLY POWDER-2TSP
TOMATO SAUCE-1/2 CUP

PREPERATION:
MIX AND MARINATE THE CHICKEN FOR 20-30 MINUTES WITH GARAM MASALA,PEPPER POWDER,TUMERIC POWDER,2TSP COCONUT OIL.AFTER 30 MINS CLOSE AND STEAM COOKTHE CHICKEN FOR 10-15 MINUTES
AFTER 10-15 MINS OPEN AND MIX.AGAIN COOKFOR 5-10 MORE MINUTES.AFTER ITS FRIED PROPERLY ADD CHILLY POWDER ,GREEN CHILLY,CURRY LEAVES MIX AND FRY.AGAIN STEAM COOK FOR 5 MINS FOR THE CHILLY TO GET COOKED,THEN TO IT ADD THE TOMATO SAUCE AND MIX PROPERLY FOR FEW MINUTES.TASTY CHICHEN FRY IS READY CAN BE GARNISHED WITH CORIANDER LEAVES.TASTY CURRY IS READY TO BE SERVED.
