The ingredients used in this smoothie recipe are as follows:
Herbs:
8 Fresh Peppermint leaves,
1 inch of Ginger Root
Organic Vegetables:
1/2 Cucumber,
1 handful of Mixed Power Greens
Nuts & Seeds:
2 tbs chia seed
2 tbs sesame seed
2 tbs pumpkin seed
2 tbs sunflower seed
Organic Fruit:
2 tbs Goji Berry
1 Banana
1 Apple
1 Cup of Frozen Berry Mix
Protein Powder : 1/4 Cut (or 1 scoop) Super Greens Protein (Dairy and Gluten free)
For a blender, we recommend the Blendtec or Vitamix brand with the 3 horsepower motor. They are more powerful, they last longer and will liquefy any smoothies ingredients. This is important for digestion and to deliver maximum bio-availability for nutritional absorption. In other words, you get more good stuff that your body might not be able to access otherwise.
