Slow Cooker Beef Brisket. #easyrecipes #recipe #easyrecipe #cheesypotatoes #cooking #food

Slow Cooker Beef Brisket This tender, juicy slow cooker beef brisket is sliced across the grain and simmered in a savory, garlic-infused broth. It delivers all the rich comfort of a traditional roasted brisket with practically zero effort. Ingredients Beef: 3 to 4 lbs beef brisket (flat cut works best for clean slicing) Aromatics: 1 large yellow onion (sliced), 6 cloves garlic (minced) Braising Liquid: 1 cup beef broth, 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp Dijon mustard Seasoning Rub: 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tbsp garlic powder, 1 tbsp onion powder, 1 tsp dried thyme, 1 tbsp coarse salt, 1 tsp black pepper Instructions Prep and Rub: In a small bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Rub this seasoning mixture evenly over all sides of the brisket. Layer the Base: Place the sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom of the slow cooker to create a flavorful bed for the meat. Add the Beef: Place the seasoned brisket on top of the onions, fat side up. Mix the Liquid: Whisk together the beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, and Dijon mustard. Pour it around the sides of the brisket (not directly on top, so you don't wash off the rub). Slow Cook: Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours until completely tender. Slice and Serve: Remove the brisket and let it rest for 15 minutes. Slice it against the grain, place the slices back into the slow cooker juices for 10 minutes to absorb extra moisture, and serve. Tip: Letting the meat rest before slicing is the secret to keeping it incredibly juicy! #SlowCookerBrisket #BeefBrisket #CrockpotRecipes #ComfortFood #DinnerIdeas #BeefRecipes #EasyDinner #SlowCooked
