Bachelor Chicken Fry, TRIK Chicken Masala:

Chicken Marination:
?
Chicken – 1kg (Each piece – 30gms)
Turmeric powder – half tsp
Red Chilli powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Salt – 1 ½ tsp (According to taste)
Mix Well
Leave for 30 Mins

Making of Chicken Fry:
?
Oil – 4 tbsp
Add 30 Mins Marinated Chicken
Fry for 3 Mins on High Flame
Fry for 5-6 Mins on Medium Flame
Add Chopped Onions – 1 Medium size (100gms)
Add Chopped Tomatoes – 2 Medium size (150gms)
Fry for 2-3 Mins
CLOSE THE LID & LEAVE FOR 6 MINS ON LOW FLAME
Water Appears
Fry for 4-5 Mins
Add Cashews 15-20
Add Slitted Light Green Chillies – 4
Add Curry leaves – 3 stems
Leave for 4 Mins on Low Flame
TRIK Chicken Masala – 1 Sachet (20gms)
Mix for 2-3 Mins on Medium Flame
CLOSE THE LID & LEAVE FOR 4-5 MINS ON LOW FLAME
Fry for 4-5 Mins
Total Cooking Time 35-40 Mins
Stove Off
