Chicken 65 is an easy-to-make and very popular evening snack recipe in India.
which is prepared using bonelss chicken marinated in spices and chillie sause and other ingredients.
This is a crispy and soft.

This recipe is for all the spice chicken lovers out there as it is high on spice quotient and can be prepared at home easily.
Here’s how you can make this chicken recipe at home in restaurant style, by following some very simple steps given below.

Ingredients

Boneless Chicken – 200g
Chilli powder – 1tbsp
Corn Flour – 2 Tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce
Chopped Garlic Cloves
Green Chillies – 2-3 no
Oil
Salt
Red Color Powder
Curry Leafs

Method

Step 1
For the Chicken Coating, take a bowl and mix chilli powder,Ginger Garlic Paste salt, Corn Flour,egg and chicken.
This marination step is very important and will give this chicken recipe real flavour.

Step 2
Now, take a deep-bottomed pan and heat oil in it over moderate flame. Once the oil is sufficiently hot,
carefully put the marinated chicken pieces in the oil and shallow fry them till cooked or golden from both the sides.

Now, Seapate the cook the chicken pieces in a pan e. This step will make the chicken more crispy.
in a heater pan, add the green chillies, curry leaves and ketchup. Mix well till the chicken pieces are well coated and continue to cook over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. Transfer the dish in a serving bowl and garnish it with chopped coriander leafs.
