Restaurant Style Arabic Beef Curry Recipe


ARABIC BEEF CURRY
Ingredients:
1 kg beef
3 medium potatoes
3 cups water
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder to taste
Salt to taste
Cinnamon, black pepper, black cardamom, mace to taste
Dry lemon powder ½ tsp
Onions 1 cup
Tomato paste ½ cup
Garlic cloves 5 to 6 cloves
Coriander leaves 1 cup
Ginger powder 1 tsp

PROCEDURE:
Fry meat on medium flame in 1/3rd cup of oil for 10 mins and add coriander seeds, onions and garlic and all other spices and mix well. Add water and let it get cooked for 20 to 25 mins. Add coriander seeds, tomato paste and mix well. add potatoes and cover the lid for more 15 to 20 mins or until both the meat and potatoes are tender. Its done.
