RECIPE | FRIED CHICKEN | QUICK, EASY, AND NO BUTTERMILK

*Recipe for 6 chicken tenders*

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Tenders
2 Eggs
1 cup of flour
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
¼ tsp Garlic Powder
Cooking oil of your choice

Steps:
1) Heat Stove top to medium heat
2) Add Cooking oil of your choice (I eyeball how much I pour, I don’t want the chicken to completely submerge, since I’m not deep frying)
3) Add Flour and combine seasoning to a bowl and stir in together
4) In a separate bowl, add two eggs and beat
5) Wash chicken
6) Add Chicken to eggs
7) One chicken at a time, dunk chicken into flour, back into eggs, and then back in to flour
8) Add to skillet (make sure the oil is hot enough) if you add your chicken and the oil is not sizzling hot enough or not at all, then it’s not ready.
9) Cook until golden brown and chicken is cooked all the way through.
10) Enjoy!
