It’s a classic Chinese dish.
It’s prevalent in the South of China, cause simple ingredients and uniquely delicious flavor.
Ingredients
Chicken 500g
Potatoes
mashed garlic
Sliced ginger
Chopped scallion
Seasonings
Cooking wine
Oyster sauce
Rock candy
Bean Paste
Dark soy sauce
Light soy sauce
Salt
Step by step
1. Mix cooking wine, salt, ginger, and garlic with chicken chunks to marinate for 10 minutes.
2. Leave some oil in the wok,add ginger and garlic to stir fry.
3. Put in the marinated chicken chunks, and add cooking wine, bean paste, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and rock candy to stir fry evenly.
4. Add some fresh water and cover the wok to simmer for 10 minutes until cooked.
5. Add some salt, and stir fry for a while to be tasty, and spread on some scallion before plating up.
