This delicious pomegranate smoothie with raspberries and blueberries is easy to make, and is filled with all sorts of flavor, nutrients, and protein.

Ingredients for 2
8 oz (250g) portions
The juice of the seeds of a whole pomegranate 6 to7 oz (150-175ml)
5 oz (150g) of blueberries
5 oz (150g) of raspberries
5 oz (150g) of Greek fat-free yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon of pomegranate seeds for garnish
6 little ice cubes (about 2 oz (60g)
Note:
If you use frozen fruit, don’t use any ice, or decrease the amount of ice
