Cantonese Style Poached Chicken recipe below?

Instructions:
1. Boil enough water to fully submerge the chicken
2. Put chicken in and don’t leave yet!
3. Flip once when the water first starts to bubble, removing the cold water from the inner cavity of the chicken
4. Leave on a very low boil (just a bubble here and there) for 10 min per lb. (45 min for a 4.5lb chicken)
5. Dunk into an ice water bath immediately after
6. Enjoy the chicken broth and the chicken!

For pups: Just enjoy the broth and chicken (with bones removed!)

For humans: Add your own salt to taste and dipping sauce (ex: Ginger, scallions, olive oil)
