2 3/4 cups water
1/2 cup mung bean starch
3 Tbsp rice flour
1 Tbsp sugar
pinch of salt

Syrup:
8 oz palm sugar
3/4 cup water
pinch of salt

Yields: 1 cup

Coconut Sauce:
1 cup coconut milk
3 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp tapioca starch
pinch of salt

Yields: 1 cup
