Today I’m making one of my favorite one pan dinner recipes, roast chicken and veggies!
Wash and chop:
4 Carrots
1 Onion
6 Potatoes
3 Zucchini or 5 Celery stalks
Drizzle: Avacado or other oil
Sprinkle on:
Salt
Pepper
Basil
Garlic
Onion
Paprika
Remove giblets and place chicken on top of veggies. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle spices on both sides. Bake 400 breast-side down for 1 hour. Flip chicken and mix veggies around. Bake 1 more hour. Enjoy!
