Here's the recipe: 3/4 oz. (22ml) Gin 3/4 oz. (22ml) Apple Brandy 3/4 oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Amerol 1 egg white 1/2 oz. (15ml) Green Chartreuse PREPARATION 1. Combine all ingredients minus Chartreuse in a shaker and shake well without ice, until egg white becomes frothy. 2. Add ice and shake again. 3. Pour Chartreuse in a glass and light it. 4. Strain mix into serving glass and pour Chartreuse into glass. Enjoy Responsibly!
