(serves 4~5)
200ml Milk (6.8 fl oz)
100ml Heavy Cream (3.4 fl oz)
30g Granulated Sugar (1.1 oz)

1 tbsp Matcha, green tea powder
1 tbsp Hot Water

5g Gelatin Powder (0.2 oz)
2 tbsp Water

Kuromitu, Japanese black sugar syrup
