Zeera Powder (Cumin Powder) – 1 Tsp
Cooking Oil (For Frying and Greasing Hands)

For Curry:
Kaju (Cashew Nuts) – 7-8
Badam (Almonds) – 8-9
Pani (Water) – 1 Tbsp
Cooking Oil – 1/4 Cup
Pyaaz ka Paste (Onion Paste) – 2 Medium
Tamatar Ka Paste (Tomato Puree) – 2 Medium
Lehsan Adrak Paste (Ginger Garlic Paste) – 1 Tbsp
Lal Mirch Powder (Red Chilli Powder) – 1 Tsp
Namak (Salt) – 1 Tsp
Haldi (Turmeric Powder) – 1 Tsp
Dhania Powder (Coriander Powder) – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1 Tsp
Dahi (Yogurt) Whisked – 1 Cup
Pani (water) – 2 Cups
Dhania (Fresh Coriander) – Handful
Hari Mirch (Geen Chillies) – 1 Medium
