For marination:
Chicken with bones- 400g
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tbsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
White Vinegar – 1 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 Tsp

For Kadai Masala:
– Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
– Fennel seeds- 1 tsp
– Peppercorns- 1 tsp
– Cinnamon – 1 inch
– Whole Red Chillies- 3 nos

Diced Onion – 1 large sized
Bell pepper – 1 large sized
Bay leaves – 2
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tsp
Cooking oil – 5-6 Tbsp
Tomato – 1 large sized
Ginger 1 inch (juliennes)
Garlic 3-4 cloves (crushed)
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Hot water – 1 cup
Whisked curd – 4 tbsp or 100 gms
Some kasuri methi ( Fenugreek leaves )
